Willie Arthur Koutz
1861–1951
Willie Arthur Koutz (Friedrich Carl Christlieb1, Carl Christlieb2, Sarah Christlieb3, Searight Christlieb Koutz4) [1010], born 14 September 1861, Muir, Michigan; died 18 October 1951 in Neodesha, Kansas; married, 27 December 1888, Idaho Montana Fuller, daughter of Thomas Baldwin and Catherine Dorinda (Ferster) Fuller. Idaho was the first white child born in Bannock City after it became a territory and before it became a state. She died 3 June 1958 in Neodesha, Kansas.
