Ziegler's Church Roadside Marker
This roadside marker was erected by the Family Association at
the site of Ziegler's Log Church and Graveyard in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in 1987.
Chrislip Hollow Roadside Marker
Through the efforts of Don Crislip, this roadside marker was placed at the
entrance of Chrislip Hollow, in Barbour County, West Virginia, by the Family Association in
1989.
Anna Catharina's Grave Marker
Placed by the Christlieb-Chrislip-Crislip Family Association in 1995, this plaque identifies the gravesites of Anna Catharina and other early settlers of Big Spring (later Newville) in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Chrislip Hollow Memorial Marker
This commemorative marker in the old family cemetery at Chrislip Hollow, near Elk City in Barbour County, West Virginia, features the family crest of the American Christlieb Family. The names of Jacob and Nancy Christlieb's 14 children and their spouses are inscribed on the reverse side.
Georg Bock Headstone
Erected in Ziegler's Church Graveyard near Newville in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in 1996, this marker honors Jacob and Carl Christlieb's half brother, Georg Bock and his wife, Catharina. The special bronze flag holder denotes Georg Bock's service in the American Revolutionary War.

Erected in Ziegler's Church Graveyard near Newville in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in 1996, this marker honors Jacob and Carl Christlieb's half brother, Georg Bock and his wife, Catharina, who died a few years after her arrival in America.
Jacob And Nancy Christlieb's Gravesite
Jacob and Nancy's gravesites in the old Chrislip Cemetery near Elk City in Barbour County, West Virginia. Shown here is their original double-tablet marble gravestone that was placed by their son, Samuel, in the early part of the 19th century. Because their marker had eroded to the point of illegibility, additional markers were added in 1996.
Carl And Catharina Christlieb's And Georg Bock's Gravesites
Decorated with flags and flowers, Carl and Catharina's gravesites are shown here. Additional markers were added in 1996. At the end of the row is the memorial dedicated to Georg and Catharina Bock. the flags are in special bronze holders, denoting the brothers' service in the American Revolutionary War.

Erected in 1997, this marker commemorates the unknown
individuals who are buried in the old family cemetery at Chrislip Hollow, near Elk City in Barbour County, West Virginia.

This commemorative was erected near Newville, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, in 1999.

This commemorative was erected in the cemetery near Ziegler's Church grounds in Newville, Pennsylvania, in 2016.
Christlieb-Chrislip-Crislip Family Association Website
This website, created in the summer of 2014, supersedes an earlier Christlieb-Chrislip-Crislip Family Association website that spanned the years 1989 through 2009. Near the end of that website’s time, further research in Germany and the United States, as well as the massive collection of data pertaining to the descendants of Friedrich Carl and Anna Catharina Christlieb, required that the website be created anew.
Hopefully, this new website will supplant other Internet publications not authorized by the Christlieb-Chrislip-Crislip Family Association. Collectively, these publications contain errors, incorrect suppositions, and worst of all, false information. Adding to the effrontery is the fact that the most blatant of this misinformation can be viewed on Ancestry.com, where it appears as fact; the most perfect example being Gottlieb Christlieb, the purported father of Friedrich Carl Christlieb, a man who never existed.
Viewers of this website can be assured that the information presented is as accurate as possible. Data gleaned from courthouse records, state files, libraries, and historical societies, has been fully documented. Collected information, pertaining to descendants of Friedrich Carl and Anna Christlieb that has been passed down through families and reported, is assumed to be as accurate as possible.
